The Interlocking Nail PFN – Left (130° / 135°) is a specialized intramedullary fixation system engineered for stabilizing fractures of the proximal femur. Designed specifically for the left femur, this nail supports optimal anatomical alignment and provides excellent biomechanical stability for intertrochanteric, subtrochanteric, and complex proximal femoral fractures.
Available in 130° and 135° neck-shaft angles, it allows surgeons to choose the best configuration based on patient anatomy and fracture pattern. The PFN design accommodates helical blades or lag screws (system dependent), enhancing cancellous bone purchase and minimizing rotational instability.
Manufactured from high-strength Titanium Alloy (Ti-6Al-4V) or medical-grade SS316L, the nail offers superior fatigue resistance, smooth insertion, and early mobilization support.
